Ohio Lawsuit Filed: Contest of Election

NPR's Hourly Newscast (audio: button in the second column about ten lines down) has been running at item for at least seven hours saying that a "Contest of Election" has been filed in the Ohio Supreme Court challenging the Bush victory. This is separate from the existing recount actions. The coverage is not detailed, so it's not clear legally what status this has, and I haven't found another reference to the story online. But NPR keeps running it every hour.

Lawyer Robert Fitrakis, referring to the long lines created by a lack of voting machines at some polling places:

There's a direct correlation between where Kerry got 70, 80, and 90% and the lack of machines.
